BUSINESS SYSTEMS & INNOVATION MANAGER (MM)

Business Systems & Innovation Manager Build and continuously improve the systems, technology, and processes that help green sweep become a smarter, more scalable company. Working directly with the CEO, you'll turn ideas into reality by designing, implementing, documenting, and optimizing the tools and workflows that power our business. Responsibilities * Lead special projects from concept through implementation. * Design, build, and improve business systems, workflows, and automations. * Implement and optimize software platforms including CRMs, Al tools, and operational systems. * Configure workflows, pipelines, forms, dashboards, and automations within our technology stack. * Evaluate software and eliminate redundancies across systems. * Build and maintain our internal Al knowledge base and documentation library. * Create SOPs, training materials, and implementation guides to ensure successful adoption. * Identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven solutions. * Manage cross-functional projects including onboarding, recruiting, client retention, sales systems, and leadership initiatives. * Partner with outside vendors while taking ownership of the technical implementation whenever possible. What Success Looks Like * New systems are implemented successfully and adopted by the team. * Manual work is replaced with efficient workflows and automation. * Company knowledge is organized, searchable, and current. * Software platforms work together with minimal redundancy. * Projects move from idea to execution with minimal CEO involvement. * Green sweep becomes increasingly efficient, scalable, and innovative.
