FUNCTIONAL LEAD (VISUALFABRIQ DEPLOYMENTS)

We are building a team of experienced Functional Leads to support a large-scale Visualfabriq implementation programme across multiple countries in the LATAM region . We are looking for professionals based in LATAM who are fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese . This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term international programme and play a key role in delivering enterprise SaaS solutions for global customers. • Location: Remote (LATAM) • Cooperation model: B2B Contract Your responsibilities • Lead business workshops and gather functional and business requirements from customer stakeholders. • Analyse current business processes (AS-IS) and design future-state solutions (TO-BE) aligned with business objectives and Visualfabriq best practices. • Own the functional solution design and ensure alignment between business requirements, system configuration, testing, and final delivery. • Lead the functional workstream throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation through go-live and hypercare. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their successful implementation. • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Integration Analysts, Functional Analysts, business teams, and customer IT teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Review and validate functional documentation, configuration activities, business process outcomes, and test scenarios. • Support and coordinate testing activities, including SIT, BIT, and UAT, ensuring business requirements are fully validated. • Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare support. • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, facilitate key decision-making, and provide functional guidance throughout the project. • Mentor Functional Analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation standards and delivery best practices. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation projects. • Proven experience in business process consulting, functional solution design, and customer-facing delivery roles. • Hands-on experience leading business workshops and requirements gathering sessions. • Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and leading functional workstreams within implementation projects. • Solid experience delivering end-to-end software implementation projects. • Good understanding of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and/or Trade Promotion Management (TPM) processes. • Experience implementing Visualfabriq , Exceedra (Extel) , Salesforce (TPM/RGM) , CAS , or similar enterprise platforms. • Experience working with cross-functional teams in international implementation programmes. • Confidence working with senior business stakeholders and facilitating solution design discussions. • Good understanding of software implementation lifecycles; experience with waterfall delivery methodology is an advantage. • Fluent English and either Spanish or Portuguese are required. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
