Our model brings together licensed therapists, innovative technology, and a deeply human approach to help people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges—on their terms.</div> As we grow, we’re seeking skilled, compassionate licensed mental health professionals to join our remote care team. If you're an Arizona licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LAMFT, or LMSW looking to make an impact through virtual care, we’d love to connect. Our ability to provide supervision for non-independent mental health professionals varies by state and license, but we also encourage you to apply. We try to support non-independent licensees when possible. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans </li> <li>Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms </li> <li>Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. </li> <li>Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Affect provides an AI-powered clinical scribe to assist with documentation, helping reduce administrative burden and allowing clinicians to spend more time focused on member care. </li> <li>Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment </li> <li>Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations </li> <li>Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations </li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Active and verifiable license from one of the following Arizona licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LAMFT or LMSW as well as your state of residence if it is not Arizona. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process</li> <li>Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings</li> <li>Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach</li> <li>Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity</li> <li>Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet</li> </ul> The Benefits of Joining Affect <ul> <li>The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license</li> <li>Full-time employees may enroll in offered medical, dental, and vision coverage and employer paid life and disability insurance also provided.
