Accountabilities: The role is responsible for developing data-driven solutions, improving commercial intelligence processes, and supporting internal stakeholders with meaningful insights. • Develop and enhance management reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making. • Analyze market and business data, providing critical insights and translating information into actionable recommendations. • Maintain and improve processes within the area, ensuring continuous optimization and updated procedures. • Conduct studies to identify sales growth opportunities across customer distribution channels. • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of business rules applied to key performance indicators managed by the area. • Support internal clients by understanding their needs, analyzing requirements, and proposing solutions that generate value. • Document business rules, data requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver efficient analytics and automation solutions. Requirements: The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience working with data and business intelligence tools, and the ability to transform complex information into strategic recommendations. • Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. • Experience with data analysis, KPI development, and identifying opportunities for business process improvement. • Knowledge of SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation. • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms. • Experience with automation and productivity tools, including Power Automate, Python automation, RPA, or equivalent solutions. • Strong knowledge of tabular cube development. • Experience organizing, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to generate insights. • Ability to document business processes, data needs, and improvement opportunities clearly. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative work with business areas and technical teams. • Experience with corporate data platforms such as Data Lake, Databricks, Cloud Azure, or similar solutions is a plus.
