Job description
Accountabilities
• Build, launch, and maintain a modern, responsive, high-performance website based on approved designs, taking full ownership of the platform after launch.
• Develop and manage website pages, landing pages, practice-area pages, location pages, and blog templates through a CMS environment.
• Optimize website performance, user experience, accessibility, security, and technical reliability while maintaining a seamless digital experience.
• Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, redirects, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Implement structured data and schema markup, including relevant service, FAQ, review, and breadcrumb formats.
• Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent search opportunities and develop SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Optimize on-page content in collaboration with marketing teams while maintaining strong quality, expertise, and trust signals.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including business profiles, citations, location pages, and strategies to improve local search visibility.
• Support digital authority growth through link-building initiatives and content-driven SEO efforts.
• Run conversion rate optimization experiments focused on improving lead generation, contact forms, calls, and user engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance through tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, lead tracking platforms, and ranking tools to create actionable growth plans.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working at the intersection of web development, website optimization, and SEO, either in-house or within an agency environment.
• Proven experience designing and building fast, modern, conversion-focused websites using platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and local SEO strategies with demonstrated experience improving rankings and organic traffic.
• Ability to independently manage website launches, migrations, improvements, and ongoing optimization projects.
• Strong knowledge of user experience principles, website performance optimization, and conversion-focused design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and business stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with competitive, high-intent local service industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal intake tools, CRM platforms, call tracking systems, and lead generation workflows is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing custom improvements is preferred.
