<p>🎯 <strong>Your Mission</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Global Buyer on our Balearic Islands team</strong>, you'll play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of hotel partners in the Balearics, with a primary focus on <strong>Mallorca</strong>. <strong>Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence or already living in Mallorca</strong>, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels across the islands, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results.</p><p>You'll be the <strong>key point of contact for our Balearic hoteliers</strong> - their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you.</p><p>🔑 <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>• Own and grow your Mallorca hotel portfolio</strong> : boutique properties, beach resorts, luxury brands across Mallorca and the wider archipelago<br>
<strong>• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns</strong> with hotel partners to hit revenue targets<br>
<strong>• Be the face of Voyage Privé</strong> : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners<br>
<strong>• Work closely with our internal teams</strong> (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance<br>
<strong>• Monitor market trends and competitors</strong> in the Balearic hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve<br>
<strong>• Travel regularly</strong> to the islands to meet partners on the ground</p>
<p><strong>💡 Who You Are</strong></p><p><strong>• </strong><strong>Native or fluent Spanish speaker</strong>, essential to manage relationships with local hotel partners (Catalan/Mallorquí a plus)<br>
<strong>• 3 to 5+ years of experience</strong> in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA…<br>
<strong>• Strong negotiation</strong> skills and ease in dealing with suppliers<br>
<strong>• Market knowledge</strong> and existing contacts with key players in the Balearic hospitality industry<br>
<strong>• Comfortable working</strong> in a dynamic, fast-growing environment<br>
<strong>• Data-driven</strong>, structured, and focused on continuous improvement</p>
