CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR WITH PHOTO ELECTRIC LLC

Position: Construction Estimator (Electrical / Multi-Trade) Level: Mid to Senior (3–10+ years) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time | US Pacific Time Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and government construction projects. - Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate estimates. - Identify missing information and document assumptions when plans are incomplete. - Prepare bids for projects ranging from $500K–$5.5M. - Coordinate with senior estimators to refine pricing and methodology. - Utilize estimating software and AI tools to improve efficiency. - Support fast-paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.
