#127110 - SENIOR WORKDAY FINANCIALS CONSULTANT

<p>We are seeking a senior-level Workday Financials Consultant to support ongoing operations, configuration, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within an enterprise Workday environment.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>This role requires a versatile, hands-on consultant who can work across several Workday Financials domains and shift priorities based on business demand. The consultant will support both production operations and project-based work while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and other business stakeholders.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>The ideal candidate can operate independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver scalable solutions that support the long-term health of the Workday platform.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>- Provide hands-on configuration and functional support across multiple Workday Financials domains.</p><p>- Support production issues, investigate defects, and deliver timely resolutions.</p><p>- Perform ongoing configuration, enhancements, optimization, and process-improvement work.</p><p>- Translate business requirements into effective Workday Financials solutions.</p><p>- Design solutions that are scalable and aligned with long-term platform health.</p><p>- Shift across functional areas based on changing business priorities and workload.</p><p>- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional business stakeholders.</p><p>- Help reduce operational backlog and improve responsiveness to business needs.</p><p>- Integrate quickly into an experienced, high-performing Workday team.</p> <p><strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.</p><p>- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.</p><p>- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Workday Financial Accounting.</p><p>- Hands-on experience with Workday Expenses.</p><p>- Hands-on experience with Workday Business Assets.</p><p>- Working experience with Banking and Settlement.</p><p>- Experience supporting both production operations and project-based configuration work.</p><p>- Experience troubleshooting defects and resolving Workday Financials production issues.</p><p>- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.</p><p>- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities.</p><p>- Experience delivering scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.</p><p>- Enterprise experience strongly preferred.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Nice-to-Have Skills</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>- Experience with Workday Accounting Center.</p><p>- Experience with Workday Prism.</p><p>- Familiarity with Workday integrations.</p><p>- Familiarity with Workday reporting.</p><p>- Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or other automation frameworks.</p><p>- Experience working within a lean team with broad functional ownership.</p><p>- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.</p><p>- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders.</p><p>- Familiarity with Workday Procurement or VNDLY, although neither is a core requirement.</p> <p><strong>Required Tools &amp; Platforms</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>- Workday Financials</p><p>- Workday Financial Accounting</p><p>- Workday Expenses</p><p>- Workday Business Assets</p><p>- Workday Banking and Settlement</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Location, Time &amp; Engagement</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>- Remote contract open to candidates located in LATAM only.</p><p>- Candidate eligibility is limited to approved LATAM sourcing countries.</p><p>- Candidates must be available to work during CST/EST-aligned U.S. business hours.</p><p>- Full-time engagement at approximately 40 hours per week.</p><p>- Expected start is as soon as possible.</p><p>- Contract is expected to continue through March 31, 2027.</p>
