About the Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can bring in paying users through any channel. SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, Reddit, or Influencer Marketing — you choose what works best. You'll get full ownership of your strategy and budget, with a clear focus on profitable user acquisition and solid unit economics. Key Responsibilities • Own and scale user acquisition across any effective channel that works (SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, Reddit, Influencers, UGC, etc.). • Independently launch, test, and optimize campaigns or content strategies to bring in paying users. • Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on data • Propose your own KPI framework and acquisition metrics based on your experience What We’re Looking For • Experience in AI / EdTech (Mandatory): Proven experience driving user acquisition or SEO/Growth for AI writing tools, academic research assistants, essay generators, or student SaaS products. • Flexible Channel Background: Strong track record in scaling acquisition through either Paid Ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) or Organic Channels (SEO, Link Building, Content, UGC/Viral Marketing). • Strong analytical skills — comfortable making decisions based on data and performance metrics, not assumptions • Structured, systemic thinking — able to see the big picture while managing execution details • Comfortable working independently, testing fast, and owning results end-to-end What We Offer • Fully remote, flexible schedule • Real autonomy — freedom to propose and own your approach to channels, budget, and KPIs • Opportunity to grow from an early marketing team member into a key leadership role as the company scales • Flexible engagement structure Ready to grow Rescrito with us?
