<p><strong>How You'll Create Impact</strong></p><p>As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll serve as a key leader within the practice, helping clients achieve their goals, developing the next generation of tax professionals, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm.</p><p>In this role, you'll:</p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and organizational leaders</li><li>Lead complex tax planning, consulting, and compliance engagements</li><li>Review and sign tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and quality</li><li>Develop strategies that help clients optimize outcomes and minimize risk</li><li>Build, strengthen, and expand long-term client relationships</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop Tax Managers, Seniors, and Staff</li><li>Contribute to business development, proposal efforts, and practice growth</li><li>Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional CSH services</li><li>Help shape the future of the tax practice through leadership, innovation, and talent development</li></ul> <p><strong>What Successful Senior Tax Managers Bring</strong></p><p>This opportunity is ideal for accomplished tax professionals who enjoy combining technical expertise, relationship management, practice development, and people leadership.</p><ul><li>CPA, EA, or JD required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field</li><li>8+ years of tax experience, preferably within public accounting</li><li>Experience leading complex client engagements and advising business leaders</li><li>Strong tax planning, research, consulting, and compliance expertise</li><li>Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships</li><li>Demonstrated success mentoring, coaching, and leading professionals</li><li>Strong communication, business development, and leadership skills</li></ul> <p>Apply online at&#xa0;https://grnh.se/9hgdkziv3us to join a great team!</p>
