Apply now.</strong></p> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><p>• 8 years in direct freight brokerage operations&#xa0;<strong>(non-asset based required)</strong></p><p>• Proven leadership over multi-team brokerage environments</p><p>• Experience managing volume-driven, fast-paced freight networks</p><p>• Strong financial acumen — deep understanding of GP, margin optimization, and cost controls</p><p>• Spot bid &amp; RFQ oversight experience at scale</p><p>• Track record of building and leading high-performance operational teams</p><p>• Ability to drive accountability without micromanagement</p><p>• Executive-level communication and decision-making skills</p><p><strong><em>Asset-based or carrier-only experience will not be considered.
