<p>We're seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to work closely with customers across<br> diverse industries, creating advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You'll be more<br> than a sales professional – you'll be a trusted technical advisor developing deep customer<br> relationships while delivering creative solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, optimize<br> profitability, and enhance asset protection.<br> What You'l Do<br> ● Technical Innovation: Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling<br> Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications<br> ● Strategic Communication: Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports<br> that analyze customer data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives to<br> enhance customer operations<br> ● Value Creation: Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service<br> Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer<br> value<br> ● Sustainability Leadership: Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through<br> projects that drive water &amp; energy sustainability and improve asset protection<br> ● Revenue Growth: Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews,<br> price escalations, and commercial negotiations<br> ● Business Development: Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring,<br> profitable business opportunities for consistent year-over-year growth<br> ● Safety Excellence: Work safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures</p><p>Compensation: $92,000-$106,000</p> <p>● Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or<br> Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), preferred. Or minimum 8+<br> years of direct experience in the field and water treatment industry will also qualify, high<br> school education is required.<br> ● Chemical water &amp; process treatment experience<br> ● 4+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated success in account management,<br> revenue growth, and customer relationship building<br> ● Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development<br> ● A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner’s permit or G1/G2 class will not<br> qualify).</p> <p>Key Characteristics:<br> ● Technical curiosity and superior problem-solving skills<br> ● Proficiency in mathematical calculations and chemistry concepts<br> ● Sample analysis and testing while demonstrating mechanical and electrical aptitude for small-<br> scale equipment and instrumentation<br> ● Strong interpersonal and communication abilities<br> ● Customer-focused mindset with active listening skills<br> ● Excellent time management in fast-paced environments<br> ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team<br> ● Comfortable working in industrial environments<br> ● Openness to continuous learning and professional development<br> ● Physical capability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs as needed (frequency varies by worksite)<br> Why Veolia?</p><p>We realize diverse teams make smarter decisions, deliver better results, and build stronger<br> communities.
