In this role, you will be res p onsible for managing the P rocure-to- P ay p rocess for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient p urchasing activities that su p p ort o p erational requirements and Su p p ly Chain objectives . The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and su p p liers to drive cost-effective p rocurement solutions, maintain com p liance with com p any p olicies, and contribute to continuous p rocess im p rovements. What You Will Do: • Execute p rocurement p rocesses, including RF P (Request for P ro p osal) management, negotiation p re p aration, and cost analysis, to su p p ort o p erational goals and strategies. • Res p ond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction. • Manage p urchasing activities for goods, materials, su p p lies, and services, ensuring com p liance with organizational p olicies and securing favorable terms. • P re p are p urchase orders, a p p rove p ayments, and negotiate p ricing to ensure efficient and smooth p rocurement o p erations. • Coordinate with su p p liers to schedule or ex p edite deliveries and resolve issues such as shortages or late deliveries. • Build and manage relationshi p s with su p p liers within a s p ecific commodity to align with business needs and p erformance ex p ectations. • Oversee schedules and p urchase orders for assigned commodities, ensuring timely delivery and cost o p timization. Qualifications You Must Have: • Ty p ically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with less than 2 years of relevant ex p erience • Advanced p roficiency in English Qualifications We P refer: • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and p rofessionally in written and s p oken English. • Ex p erience using SA P or similar ER P (Enter p rise Resource P lanning) systems in a su p p ly chain or p rocurement environment, including Oracle, E p icor, P eo p le Soft, A P EX or P RISM • Ex p erienced in Microsoft Office a p p lications including Word, Excel, and P ower P oint • Familiarity with su p p ly chain p rocesses in a manufacturing or aeros p ace environment. • Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules, p urchase orders, and deliveries effectively.
