In this role, you will be res p onsible for managing the P rocure-to- P ay p rocess for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient p urchasing activities that su p p ort o p erational requirements and Su p p ly Chain objectives . The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and su p p liers to drive cost-effective p rocurement solutions, maintain com p liance with com p any p olicies, and contribute to continuous p rocess im p rovements. This p osition offers the o p p ortunity to p lay a key role in su p p orting business o p erations while hel p ing drive innovation and excellence in aeros p ace p rocurement. What You Will Do : • Identify qualified su p p liers for requirements, fully leveraging existing agreements; • Manage p urchase order p lacement p rocess from requisition to invoice p ayment for assigned commodities within the Indirect team; • Obtain p rice quotations and negotiate p ricing and delivery in su p p ort of commodity su p p lier and cost strategies; • Analyze su p p lier quotes and makes sourcing recommendations sourcing decisions • Ensure p roduct on-time delivery to schedule • Initiate su p p lier negotiations on p rice, lead time and terms & conditions • Com p lete p urchase order documentation in accordance with com p any p olicies and p rocedures • Ensure timely p lacement of orders to su p p ort business needs and meet team defined turn times; • Strong communication skills to interface with requisitioner and other functional grou p s • Ability to work as a team member inde p endently based on additional p rojects as assigned to su p p ort Su p p ly Chain organization. Qualifications You Must Have : • Ty p ically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant ex p erience. • Minimum of 1 year of ex p erience with SA P p rocurement software or similar ER P (Enter p rise Resource P lanning) systems in a su p p ly chain or p rocurement environment, including : Oracle, E p icor, P eo p le Soft, A P EX or P RISM • Advanced p roficiency in English Qualifications We P refer : • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and p rofessionally in written and s p oken English. • P roficiency in SA P ( P rocurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects). • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office a p p lications, including Word, Excel, and P ower P oint. • Familiarity with lean p rinci p les and p rocess im p rovement strategies. • Knowledge of Indirect commodities in a manufacturing or aeros p ace environment .
