SAP FIN ENABLEMENT CONSULTANT – MEXICO E-INVOICING

Location: Remote Contract: B2B Working language: English Start date: 1 October 2026 Planned go-live: End of 2027 Overall programme timeline: Until 2031 Our client, a global FMCG company, is expanding its SAP S/4HANA programme team for the next phase of regional deployments. We are looking for an experienced SAP FIN Enablement Consultant – Mexico E-Invoicing to support the implementation of Mexican electronic invoicing and statutory digital-document requirements. Key responsibilities • Analyse Mexican electronic invoicing and digital tax-document requirements. • Support the implementation of CFDI-related processes and associated reporting obligations. • Translate local statutory requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications. • Coordinate with local Finance, Tax, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Integration teams. • Support integration with authorised certification providers and relevant external platforms. • Define invoice data, tax attributes, mappings, validation rules and document statuses. • Support customer invoices, supplier documents, credit notes, cancellations and payment-related documents. • Design monitoring, reconciliation and error-resolution procedures. • Coordinate local testing, certification and business acceptance. • Support deployment, cutover, go-live and hypercare for the Mexican entity. Required experience • Experience implementing Mexican electronic invoicing requirements in SAP. • Knowledge of CFDI processes and Mexican digital tax-document requirements. • Good understanding of SAP FI, SD billing and Tax integration. • Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance or comparable localisation solutions is preferred. • Experience integrating SAP with local certification or e-invoicing providers. • Ability to cooperate closely with local Finance and Tax experts. • Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred. • Spanish would be a strong advantage.
