QA ENGINEER

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join the Appway project team and support SmartKYC integration as well as DIFC flow expansion across multiple markets . You will ensure the quality, security, and reliability of our software applications by implementing strong quality engineering practices throughout the SDLC. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Li-Hybrid Kraków: 8 days/month on-site What you'll be doing • Plan and execute tests: Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test plans , test cases, and scenarios based on user stories and requirements. • Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, RestAssured . • Test manually: Perform manual and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues. • Defect management: Identify, log, and track bugs in Jira , collaborating with developers for resolution. • CI/CD: Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and immediate feedback. • Agile collaboration: Participate in Scrum ceremonies —from daily stand-ups to retrospectives—advocating for quality at every step. Nice to have • Understanding of secure testing methodologies and performance testing experience. • Previous exposure to financial or compliance-related systems.
