ASSOCIATE STAFF ENGINEER, ERP DYNAMICS 365 (POS DEVELOPER)

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Total Experience 4+ years</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (Retail/Commerce).</li><li>Strong&#xa0;experience in D365 Commerce POS development and customization.</li><li>Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce POS (CPOS/MPOS) development.</li><li>Experience extending and customizing - Retail Server, Commerce Runtime (CRT), POS Architecture</li><li>Strong programming skills in C# for Dynamics 365 Commerce POS customization.</li><li>Proficiency in: TypeScript, Knockout.js, JavaScript, Web APIs / WCF Services</li><li>Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs using GET, PUT, and POST methods.</li><li>Strong understanding of ASP.NET, .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.</li><li>Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, ReactJS</li><li>Knowledge of Azure development, including Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).</li><li>Experience working with SQL Server, including: Stored Procedures, SQL Jobs, SSIS, SSRS</li><li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Commerce modules and integration with Finance and Operations.</li><li>Experience integrating POS solutions with third-party APIs and external systems.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certification is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Commerce POS (CPOS/MPOS) applications.</li><li>Develop and enhance POS extensions, custom modules, and Commerce solutions based on business requirements.</li><li>Extend and configure Retail Server, Commerce Runtime (CRT), and POS architecture.</li><li>Develop custom functionality using C#, TypeScript, Knockout.js, and JavaScript frameworks.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain integrations between POS systems and third-party applications using APIs and services.</li><li>Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to support Commerce and POS operations.</li><li>Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable Commerce solutions.</li><li>Work closely with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration between Commerce and ERP modules.</li><li>Participate in development activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.</li><li>Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Commerce, POS, integrations, and customizations.</li><li>Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and user experience.</li><li>Follow coding standards, security best practices, and development guidelines.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration documents, and deployment guides.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.</li></ul> <p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</p>
