Job description

<ul><li>Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C++</li><li>Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions</li><li>Analyze, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems</li><li>Participate in modernization and refactoring of legacy codebases</li><li>Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver stable and efficient solutions</li><li>Contribute to software quality improvements, debugging activities, and system stability initiatives</li><li>Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows and accelerate implementation activities</li><li>Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices initiatives</li></ul> <ul><li>5+ years of commercial experience in C++ software development</li><li>Strong expertise in modern C++ standards including C++14/17/20</li><li>Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and performance optimization</li><li>Hands-on experience with desktop application development</li><li>Practical experience with Qt</li><li>Experience working with Make, Conan, and MSVC</li><li>Experience with CEF integration</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams</li><li>Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English</li><li><p><strong>WILL BE A PLUS</strong></p><p>• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows<br> • Experience working in regulated software environments<br> • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field<br> • German language skills</p></li></ul>
