PAYMENTS TEAM LEADER (DENTAL) | WORK FROM HOME

Salary: 30,000 PHP/ month Job Description: • M onitoring a nd responding to emails regarding client, charge, and staff concerns. • Check workload from client shared drive and transfer to appropriate Medical Payments drive folder. • Import of ERAs and checking different Websites • Monitoring of assigned workload, and delegate them to the team members. • Checking of batch notations, balancing reports and follow up on missing/cut EOBs. • Submit reports requested by the clients in a timely manner. • Weekly checking of staff Quota reports • Train team members and develop their skills. • Assist superiors in directing the team towards the Company’s goals. • Ensure compliance with Company guidelines and procedures. • Address any conflicts that may arise within the team. • Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed. • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned • Work schedules are dependent on client requirements and business needs. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be detail-oriented, has a keen eye for details • Basic knowledge of Accounting is a plus but not required • Must be a fast-learner, quick to grasp new skills and concepts • Have at least 1-2 years leadership experience • Knowledgeable in Windows file navigation • MS Word, MS Excel proficiency is a must • Typing skills of 40 wpm or better, with ten-key proficiency • Strong analytical skills • Must be amenable to shifting schedules, Mondays to Fridays • Able to Work From Home, must have a reliable internet connection Others: • Php 1,000 De Minimis • Php 1,000 monthly bonus upon regularization • HMO upon regularization • Company equipment/ computer is provided
