OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (DIGITAL INVENTORY & SUPPLIER COORDINATION)

We're looking for an Operations Executive to manage digital inventory, supplier coordination, and operational processes that keep our advertising activities running smoothly. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with systems, numbers, and suppliers, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Be Crafting • Manage and track digital inventory across multiple platforms. • Coordinate with suppliers and partners in China via WeChat. • Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing when required. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability. • Track top-ups, balances, supplier charges, and reconciliations. • Investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues promptly. • Coordinate replacement inventory and follow up on supplier claims or refunds. • Maintain trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation. • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your Superpowers • 2–4 years of experience in operations, inventory management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, accounting, or related fields. • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. • Experience managing suppliers or vendors. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable handling reconciliations, tracking records, and operational processes. • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks. • Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to communicate with China-based suppliers daily. • Experience with China sourcing platforms (1688, Alibaba, Taobao) is an advantage. • Exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce operations, or advertising systems is a plus.
