You'll take in client documents through our intake form, fill out and file disputes across the major bureaus, and manage some accounts on the client's behalf. You'll be working with sensitive info like SSNs and IDs every day, so accuracy matters a lot here. The work is repeatable once you know it, it's not complicated. But one typo in the wrong field can mess up the whole process for a client, so we need someone who's precise, follows directions closely, and brings good energy to the team.   Responsibilities  - Take in client info (SSN, driver's license, account logins) through our intake form (Tally) - Fill out dispute templates and documents in Google Docs, including inserting screenshots of IDs and bills - File disputes through CFPB.org http://CFPB.org and consumerfinance.gov http://consumerfinance.gov - Upload disputes and documents into bureau and institution portals, including TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, LexisNexis, ChexSystems, Innovus, DataX, Early Warning Systems (EWS), and Clarity - Watch for reinsertions (items removed then reappearing) and re-dispute as needed - Set up a verification phone number (Text Verified) and manage 2FA codes for the client - Set up and manage a Gmail or Outlook account for the client - Send physical mail through LetterStream when required - Log daily work and task status in Trello (voice-to-text tools like Whisper AI are fine to speed this up), and keep detailed notes in Google Docs - Submit a short end-of-day report (EODR) covering what you worked on that day - Join daily team meetings/morning reviews - As you grow into the role: help with business setup tasks for clients (Secretary of State registration, domain purchase, website setup via Cloudflare, business email, business phone number) - Potential to grow into a leadership role over other team members as the team scales   Requirements - Able to fill out and file disputes through CFPB.org http://CFPB.org and consumerfinance.gov http://consumerfinance.gov - Able to navigate bureau and institution portals (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, LexisNexis, ChexSystems, Innovus, DataX, EWS, Clarity) - Able to set up and manage a verification phone number (Text Verified) and handle 2FA codes on the client's behalf - Able to set up and manage a Gmail or Outlook account for the client - Able to build and edit documents in Google Docs, including inserting images into templates - Comfortable using Canva - Able to send physical mail via LetterStream when needed - Extremely accurate and detail-oriented: precise with spelling, capitalization, spacing, and numbers - Able to work independently without needing to be micromanaged - Able to consistently complete a full day's expected workload - Brings a positive, high-energy attitude to the team - Willing to log daily activity/time and submit short end-of-day reports - Willing to join daily team meetings and morning reviews - Agree to use Teramind (time tracking app) - Willing to sign NDA, non-circumvention, non-compete, and indemnification/hold-harmless agreements   Highly Preferred - Leadership or management experience/background - AI experience, especially any ability to help build or refine automation on top of manual work - Experience with Claude (AI tool) Nice to Have - Experience with credit dispute or credit repair work - Comfortable using voice-to-text tools like Whisper AI to speed up daily logging - Practices meditation, mindfulness, or other self-mastery/holistic wellness habits
