<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="5:1-5:385;55-439">We're looking for an Associate Account Director to drive RetailNext's commercial growth across EMEA, with a focus on our expanding markets in Germany. This is an early-career commercial role for someone who wants to learn the full sales cycle from the inside — building pipeline, supporting deals end to end, helping existing customers grow, and lending a hand on marketing in-region.</p>
<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="7:1-7:446;441-886">You'll work directly with our regional sales leadership and partner closely with our Head of EMEA, who provides commercial and customer guidance across the region. The right person is hungry, organized, and proactive: comfortable picking up the phone, chasing leads, and creating commercial momentum without waiting to be asked. You're energized by closing the gap between a prospect and a customer, and you care about getting the details right.</p>

You'll get broad commercial exposure in a fast-growing market, with real runway to grow into a quota-carrying sales role as you find your footing.</p>
