SENIOR OPENTEXT EXSTREAM TECHNICAL LEAD (MBI CLEARANCE MUST)

Requirements Experience supporting IRS technical projects. Extensive hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream architecture, implementation, and optimization. Strong experience designing enterprise document generation and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. Experience with: Data mapping and document composition Template design Correspondence orchestration Print and digital delivery channels High-volume batch processing Real-time document generation Strong understanding of federal security, compliance, and IRS technical standards. Experience leading technical teams and enterprise architecture initiatives. Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
