NOTICE DESIGN LEAD(MBI CLEARANCE MUST)

Requirements Experience supporting IRS correspondence improvement or IRS notice modernization initiatives. Experience leading or coordinating IRS notice design efforts across multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of IRS notice lifecycle, correspondence processes, and customer communication strategies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in Agile project environments. Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance is required.
