Overview
Are you looking for a remote opportunity that offers flexible earning potential while helping others plan amazing vacations? We are growing our team and seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join us as Flexible Income Travel Advisor.
In this role, you'll assist clients with planning travel that fits their interests, schedules, and budgets while providing exceptional support from the initial consultation through the final itinerary. From all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic getaways, destination celebrations, and international adventures, you'll help travelers confidently plan memorable experiences.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible income opportunity, whether as a side business or a long-term career. No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to help you succeed in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, timelines, and vacation priorities
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise vacations, hotels, tours, and vacation packages
• Recommend personalized travel experiences based on client preferences and budget
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel-related services
• Explain travel options, supplier promotions, and available upgrades
• Assist clients throughout the reservation process and answer planning-related questions
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms
• Work with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and verify booking information
• Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements
• Stay informed on industry trends, supplier updates, and destination information to better assist clients
Qualifications
• Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, tourism, sales, or client support
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online applications
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
