Overview Summary
Are you looking for a flexible opportunity where you can work independently while helping others plan memorable vacations? We are seeking motivated, organized, and people-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Independent Travel Advisors.
In this role, you'll work directly with travelers to understand their vacation goals, recommend destinations and travel experiences, and coordinate reservations from start to finish. Whether clients are planning an all-inclusive escape, cruise vacation, family holiday, destination celebration, luxury retreat, or international adventure, you'll provide personalized guidance that helps make every journey seamless and enjoyable.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service in a remote environment. No previous experience in the travel industry is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional resources to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and vacation priorities
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and local attractions
• Present customized travel recommendations that align with client interests and budgets
• Arrange accommodations, flights, transportation, excursions, and additional travel services
• Assist clients with comparing travel options and completing reservations
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, online messaging, and virtual meetings
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to secure bookings and verify reservation details
• Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation for accuracy
• Maintain organized records of client communications and booking information
• Stay current on travel regulations, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Provide responsive support throughout the planning process and beyond departure
Qualifications
• Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or client consulting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and virtual communication tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Professional, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
