<p>Are you an <strong>&#xa0;</strong><strong>ITSM Functional Analyst</strong>&#xa0;looking for a new challenge?&#xa0;</p><p>If you want to expand your reach and share your knowledge with a team of professionals, contribute to the development of your colleagues' or Clients' skills, want to consolidate your expertise and grow on innovative projects, this is your opportunity!&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What this experience will bring you</strong>&#xa0;</p><p>First of all, an interesting technical challenge but also an overview of our Client's projects.&#xa0;<br> We will build your career together and accompany you towards the development of new skills and technical leadership.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What will your role be?&#xa0;</strong></p><p>We are looking for an <strong>ITSM Functional Analyst </strong>to perform the following activities:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Analyze business requirements and define functional solutions for ITSM platforms.</li><li>Design and optimize ITSM workflows and service management processes in line with ITIL v4 best practices.</li><li>Support the design of software architectures and integration solutions using TM Forum ODA and Open APIs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance ITSM solutions (iTop, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).</li><li>Contribute to cloud-native and event-driven integration initiatives involving Kubernetes, Kafka, and related technologies.</li><li>Produce functional documentation and support testing and solution validation.</li></ul> <p><strong>What are we looking for in you?
