STAFF ENGINEER, SERVICENOW (HAM)

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience - 5.5+years</li><li>Strong experience in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and Integrations</li><li>Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations</li><li>Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices</li><li>Experience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge</li><li>ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory</li><li>Strong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules</li><li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li><li>Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing</li><li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a global delivery environment</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations</li><li>Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM</li><li>Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations</li><li>Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design</li><li>Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery</li><li>Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements</li><li>Implement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <p>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field</p>
