C&B MANAGER

We are seeking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to support our Commercial team, with a particular focus on designing and managing material incentive programs. Key responsibilities include calculating bonuses, revising bonus schemes, and overseeing projects related to salary bands and grading. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our compensation strategies are both competitive and aligned with the company’s objectives. Job responsibilities • Analysis, development, and maintenance of bonus schemes for the commercial team (including regular quarterly calculations); • Analysis of employee remuneration (including CR and paymix analysis); • Creation and maintenance of salary bands and salary ranges (preparation of market data upon request from main peer HRBPs/business); • Administration of bonus payments (ensuring a clear and transparent handling process on a monthly basis); • Working with Plan-Fact (Variance Analysis of Current Bonuses vs. Budgeted Amounts); • Quarterly calculation of accruals (consolidation, verification, and transfer to the finance team). • Work experience in C&B of at least 3 years, including the development and administration of motivation systems/bonuses ; • Ability to work with large volumes of data; • Attention to details; • Proficiency in complex Excel/Google Sheets formulas; • Fluent in Russian & English languages. • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely; • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together; • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities; • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences; • Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world; • Corporate prices on hotels and travel services; • MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
