STUDENT OUTCOMES MANAGER

Job Purpose The Student Outcomes Manager provides the organisational lead for student outcomes intelligence across Oxford International Education Group's Academic Partnerships Division. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining the evidence base that informs strategic and operational decision-making in relation to continuation, retention, achievement and progression. Working closely with the central Academic Affairs team, the postholder will collect, analyse and interpret student outcomes data; develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting; identify emerging risks and opportunities; evaluate the effectiveness of interventions; and provide analytical insight and evidence-based recommendations to support both colleges and the central Academic Office. The postholder will coordinate the analytical and reporting elements of Student Success Framework initiatives, ensuring that projects are supported by clear performance measures, robust evaluation and timely reporting. The Student Outcomes Manager ensures that organisational decisions are underpinned by robust evidence and that enhancement activity is systematically monitored and evaluated.
