<p><strong>Onsite Water Testing and Reporting</strong></p><p>Mobile: Based in the Galway/Athlone area or similar in order to facilitate servicing<br> sites mainly in Connacht, and also the midlands and Dublin, home based, flexible<br> within reason.</p><p><br> <strong>Role Summary:</strong> Reporting to the Operations Leader, alongside Account Managers<br> and Operations peers, the Operations Analyst will be responsible for achieving<br> defined goals and objectives as well as working safely, compliantly and efficiently<br> within a defined group of customer accounts. The Operations Analyst will service,<br> recommend changes, report and communicate water treatment performance with<br> customer representatives in accordance with the commercial agreement.</p><p><br> <strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong><br> EHS &amp; Compliance: Ensure they work in a safe manner at all times. Complete<br> Legionella sampling to best practice. Engagement in QEHS systems and<br> documentation management.</p><p><br> <strong>Service:</strong> Ensure full water service plan is completed monthly, quarterly and annually,<br> as well as working with the Account Manager to provide adequate cover for holidays.<br> Service includes sampling and testing of industrial waters for defined parameters,<br> and consulting on the chemical treatment and basic technical concepts of the<br> systems with the customers. Completes and submits Consultant Service Reports<br> (CSRs) within agreed timescales and ensures CSRs always detail the Observations,<br> Consequences and Actions for the customers attention. Communicate with<br> customers and wider team, in a professional and timely manner, as well as raising<br> issues with Ops Leader and Commercial colleagues as required. Participation and<br> engagement in review meetings with customers in order to contribute from an<br> operational and technical perspective. Good organisation and ability to schedule and<br> plan site visits throughout each month. Awareness and engagement with safe<br> chemical delivery and storage procedures.</p><p><br> <strong>Equipment:</strong> Calibration of personal and on-site equipment, and generation of<br> calibration certificates as required. Routine maintenance of proprietary as well as<br> third party technology and equipment. Operation of dosing pumps โ€“ changing dosing<br> rates as required based on on-site test results and ability to safely prime if required.<br> Independently diagnose issues found on-site and escalate or rectify as required.<br> Utilisation and engagement of WTSโ€™s digital data visualisation platform, InSight, to<br> generate CSRs, manage trends and alarms, inventory stocks, add parameters and<br> assets as required and escalate any issues as required.</p><p><br> &#xa0;</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Science or Engineering degree, preferably Chemistry based.</li><li>Two or more years experience in water treatment.</li><li>Availability to travel within assigned area,</li><li>some overnight stops where necessary.</li><li>Possession of valid Irish driving licence.</li><li>Currently eligible to work in Ireland.</li><li>Good organisational, communication and</li><li>interpersonal skills, with fluent English.</li><li>Goal oriented self-starter.
