SENIOR RECRUITER - PHARMA R&D (IMMEDIATE START)

<p>As a <strong>Cielo Senior Recruiter,</strong> you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the&#xa0;recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering&#xa0;exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative&#xa0;direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruiters&#xa0;and other team members.</p><ul><li><strong>Work Location: </strong>Warsaw, Poland&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Work Setup:</strong>&#xa0;Remote or Hybrid - 3 days/week at client site</li><li><strong>Language(s):</strong> English &amp; Polish&#xa0;fluent - essential&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Work Hours: </strong>Monday to Friday standard days&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Pleas note - Start date is August 24th 2026&#xa0;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position&#xa0;specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.</li><li>Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong&#xa0;candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.</li><li>Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their&#xa0;progress.</li><li>Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and&#xa0;compensation guidelines to support recommendations.</li><li>Mentor Recruiters and other team members.</li></ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or&#xa0;equivalent experience).</li><li><strong>Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO&#xa0;or agency setting.</strong></li><li>Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems <strong>(ATS:&#xa0;Workday)</strong> and social media tools.</li><li>Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related&#xa0;to talent acquisition.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Skillset:</strong> Pharmaceutical R&amp;D experience required,&#xa0;Self starters and naturally curious, Consulting skills and ability to drive process,&#xa0;Knowledge of Polish Recruiting laws.&#xa0;Experience sourcing with various tools.</li></ul> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
