SENIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITER - GTM

<p>ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact executive searches, primarily supporting Go-To-Market functions with the flexibility to partner on Corporate Function searches as needed. This role sits at the Senior Director, VP, SVP, and C-level, requiring deep market expertise, executive presence, and the ability to advise senior stakeholders on talent strategy in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.</p><p><strong><u>What you get to do in this role:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic executive search partner to senior leaders and hiring managers across Go-To-Market functions (Sales &amp; Customer Success) with the flexibility to support Corporate Function executive searches as business needs require</li><li>Design and execute talent engagement strategies for Senior Director, VP, SVP, and C-level roles</li><li>Deeply understand the strategic priorities, org structure, and talent needs of GTM leadership to shape search strategy accordingly</li><li>Partner with Coordinators and Sourcers to run an efficient, high-touch search operation</li><li>Build and execute innovative pipeline strategies — market mapping, referral generation, competitive intelligence, executive networking, and passive candidate engagement</li><li>Identify, engage, and activate senior passive talent through advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, direct market research)</li><li>Deliver diverse, qualified executive pipelines and build long-term relationships with senior talent and external networks</li><li>Assess candidates through executive-level screening and interviewing, evaluating both leadership capability and cultural/strategic fit</li><li>Track and report pipeline progress, search status, and market intelligence to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership</li><li>Analyze market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent data to advise executives on hiring strategy and market positioning</li><li>Partner cross-functionally (HRBPs, Compensation, Legal, Comms) to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience aligned to ServiceNow's brand and values</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <p><strong><u>What we look for:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience leveraging AI in recruiting workflows, sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, or data synthesis</li><li><strong>1</strong>0+ years of executive search experience, ideally with a mix of search firm and in-house experience, with a strong track record recruiting Senior Director and above, including VP/SVP/C-level searches</li><li>Deep experience recruiting for Go-To-Market functions (Sales &amp; Customer Success), with the versatility to support Corporate Function searches when needed</li><li>Proven ability to build and manage senior-level talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-visibility roles</li><li>Strong candidate engagement skills, with the executive presence to activate and advise senior passive candidates</li><li>Skilled at assessing executive-level technical, leadership, and cultural fit</li><li>Strong market/industry knowledge — competitor landscape, executive talent pools, and relevant networks/conferences</li><li>Ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and effectively influence executive decision-making</li></ul> <p><strong>Work Personas</strong></p><p>We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
