SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (SYSTEM ANALYST) / IBS

<p><strong>Project Description</strong></p><p>We are developing and enhancing an application that supports operational processes in the banking sector.</p><p>Currently, we are looking for a <strong>System Analyst</strong> to join a team supporting retail banking processes. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and designing workflows on our internal banking platform (based on IBM FileNet).</p><p>Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with experience in workflow systems and strong SQL skills.</p><p><strong>Main Tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Working in a self-organizing team following Agile methodologies (Scrum)</li><li>Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs</li><li>Co-creating business documentation</li><li>Designing functionalities using available tools</li><li>Preparing functional documentation</li><li>Breaking down features into smaller tasks</li><li>Implementing assigned tasks within the platform</li><li>Performing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>4 years of commercial experience</strong> as a System Analyst</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex process-related problems</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into system solutions using available tools</li><li>Experience in creating and interpreting <strong>UML and BPMN models</strong></li><li>Knowledge of required technologies: <strong>SQL, REST API</strong></li><li>Understanding of basic programming concepts and object-oriented design principles</li><li>Experience with at least one workflow / low-code platform:<br> <strong>Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, or Pega</strong></li></ul><ul></ul> <p>&#xa0;</p><ul></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>
