<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The <strong>Contract Specialist, Consultant </strong>will provide acquisition support services to HHS OAMS, assisting with contract planning, solicitation, award, and post-award activities. This role requires a solid understanding of federal procurement regulations and the ability to manage moderately complex contract actions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support acquisition lifecycle activities, including market research, solicitation development, and contract administration.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and maintain contract documentation in accordance with OAMS SOPDs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with source selection processes and contract file audits.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with Contracting Officers and CORs to ensure timely and compliant acquisition execution.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Use PRISM and UFMS systems to process acquisition actions.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of federal acquisition experience.</span>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold;"><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting the HHS</span></strong></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with T&M and cost-type contracts.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with federal acquisition systems and documentation standards.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication and organizational skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with CPARS, SharePoint, and acquisition dashboards.</span></li>
