SCRUM MASTER/BUSINESS ANALYST, DEV/IT

Scrum Master / Business Analyst Client Services & Product Delivery Role Overview We are looking for a Scrum Master / Business Analyst to enable successful Agile software delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, refining product backlogs, and ensuring business requirements are translated into development-ready work. This role partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Project Management to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently. Success requires balancing Agile coaching, backlog refinement, business analysis, and team facilitation while fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile delivery by leading Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Scrum ceremonies. • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog. • Remove delivery impediments, coach Agile best practices, and promote continuous improvement to maximize team effectiveness and predictable delivery. • Track sprint progress, team capacity, delivery metrics, and project health while providing reporting and visibility to project leadership and stakeholders. • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA to ensure work is clearly defined, development-ready, and aligned with business objectives. • Maintain project documentation, knowledge assets, and delivery artifacts while supporting release planning and successful product delivery. Required Skills • Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead within software development teams. • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, user story development, backlog refinement, and process mapping. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and remove delivery obstacles. • Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for sprint management and reporting. Nice to Have • Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master. • Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations supporting multiple client engagements. • Familiarity with UX/UI design processes, API integrations, and modern software development lifecycles. Ways of Working • Agile / Scrum delivery with two-week sprint cadence. • Daily collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Client stakeholders. • Jira and Azure DevOps for backlog, sprint, and delivery management. • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for internal communication, documentation, and knowledge management. • Data-driven project reporting focused on delivery health, risks, and business outcomes. • Strong emphasis on transparency, proactive communication, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
