Key Responsibilities: • Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support via chat, email, and other online channels. • Help customers book, modify, or cancel flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services. • Offer accurate guidance on itineraries, travel policies, baggage regulations, refunds, and other travel-related inquiries. • Assist with payment issues, account management, and loyalty program requests. • Resolve travel disruptions, including delays, cancellations, and missed connections, while escalating complex cases when appropriate. • Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions using internal systems. • Collaborate with internal departments and external travel partners to deliver efficient and effective solutions. • Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times. • Stay informed about travel products, destination information, company policies, industry updates, and new digital tools through ongoing training.
