OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead one of our warehouse operations at our Corby site.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and has a proven track record of driving performance, developing teams and delivering outstanding customer service.</p><p><strong>Your Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring customer service levels and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.</li><li>Develop, coach and inspire your Operations Supervisors&#xa0;and operational colleagues to maximise performance and engagement.</li><li>Drive a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Monitor operational performance, analysing data and implementing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality and efficiency.</li><li>Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage labour planning and resource allocation to meet changing business demands.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and best practice principles.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all operational processes, quality standards and contractual requirements.</li><li>Support the delivery of business objectives through effective planning, problem solving and decision making.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p> <p>We’re looking for someone who has:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in an Operations Manager role within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.</li><li>Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams.</li><li>Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.</li><li>Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.</li><li>The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.</li></ul> <p>• 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days</p><p>• Pension contribution</p><p>• A life assurance policy that pays out 4 x Salary</p><p>• Employee Assistance Programme that provides you with confidential support, information, and advice to help you</p><p>• Employee Discount Scheme through Benefit Hub</p><p>• Free Parking</p>
