Location: Guadalajara,Jalisco,México Seeking Experienced Microsoft 365 Developers for Exciting Remote Projects in Guadalajara, Mexico We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role involves developing, enhancing, supporting, and modernizing Microsoft 365 solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency, with a focus on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance, and modernize SharePoint Online solutions to improve business processes and user experience. • Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) based on business requirements. • Design, develop, and optimize Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration tasks. • Develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications. • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions. • Identify opportunities to modernize existing applications using Microsoft 365 best practices. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven modernization projects using Microsoft Copilot Studio when applicable. Technical Skills Required: With over 4 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Developer , you must be proficient in the following technical skills: • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 • SharePoint Online development and customization • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps) • Microsoft Power Automate • PowerShell scripting and automation • Microsoft Dataverse • SharePoint Framework (SPFx) • Production support and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 solutions • Experience modernizing business applications using Microsoft 365 technologies Nice to Have: • Microsoft Copilot Studio • Basic knowledge of .NET • Basic knowledge of Python • AI-powered automation solutions within Microsoft 365 • Microsoft Power Platform governance and best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • Fluent in English ( Advanced C1 - C2 ) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, teamwork, commitment, empathy, responsibility, and a proactive attitude Location & Schedule: • Remote work from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico • Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 Benefits: • Attractive Salary + Premium Benefits • Performance bonuses, grocery coupons, and savings are found. • Aguinaldo, premium vacations, and vacations paid • SGMM Medical insurance, family, and Life insurance.
