Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.</div>What We Need We’re looking for a results-driven Channel Sales professional to own and grow strategic VAR partnerships, build partner-sourced pipeline, and drive revenue with strategic channel partners in the Greater New York City Metro market through joint business planning and partner engagement. This role requires strong experience in enterprise partner sales, cross-functional collaboration, and managing partner performance and reporting. What You'll Do <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own and grow strategic VAR partnerships across your assigned region.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build and analyze Salesforce reports, territory plans, market updates and QBRs.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning and partner sales engagement.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track partner performance across pipeline, deal registrations, and revenue contribution.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Enable partner sellers to identify and position NetBrain opportunities within their customer base.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead quarterly partner business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partner leadership.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and execute joint business plans with priority partners to drive pipeline and revenue.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support partners through early sales cycles to ensure successful first deals and customer outcomes.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market, so as to be seen as the expert.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with partner marketing to execute targeted campaigns and demand generation programs.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Align partner sales teams with NetBrain account executives to accelerate deal cycles.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Any other responsibilities assigned.</li> </ul> What You Bring <ul> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">7+ years enterprise channel or partner sales experience</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to build pipeline through VAR partners</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience developing joint business plans with strategic partners</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with enterprise technology partners</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of partner business models including resale, services, and managed services</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working cross-functionally with direct sales teams, sales engineering, marketing, and leadership to execute partner-led sales strategies</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to engage with both partner executives and partner sales teams to build alignment and drive pipeline.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing territory strategy, forecasting partner pipeline, and maintaining accurate reporting in Salesforce.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to run partner QBRs, enable partner sellers, and represent NetBrain effectively in front of customers and partners.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage partner pipelines, track performance, and execute against measurable goals.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to travel within your territory as required.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.</li> <li style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.</li> </ul> What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated OTE is $200,000 – $250,000 on a 70/30 base/variable split. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline and may be modified.
