SR .NET INTEGRATION DEVELOPER

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 8+ years Location: India JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Microsoft technology stack, strong expertise in building high-performance APIs and backend services, and a deep understanding of enterprise application integration. You will play a key role in connecting business-critical systems, modernizing legacy applications, and ensuring seamless data exchange across enterprise platforms. As a senior member of the engineering team, you will collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. • Build scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components using ASP.NET Core and C# . • Develop and enhance enterprise applications using the .NET Framework while supporting modernization initiatives. • Integrate internal and third-party systems using web services, APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware technologies. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments. • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms for enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices. • Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution design sessions. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across development teams. • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and successful deployment of applications. • Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation and release management. • Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and system design documents. Required Skills Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework . • Expertise in ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications and APIs. • Advanced proficiency in C# programming. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. • Experience building REST APIs and service-oriented architectures. • Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server and performance optimization techniques. • Familiarity with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware concepts. • Experience working with Git and modern software development practices. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Good-to-Have Skills • Experience in Enterprise Application Development . • Hands-on experience as a .NET Integration Developer working with enterprise integration platforms. • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems. • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications. • Exposure to Azure services, cloud-native development, or hybrid cloud environments. • Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8–14 years of professional software development experience using Microsoft technologies. • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
