PROJECT MANAGER, STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION

Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Project Manager keeps the firm's highest-impact, firm-wide initiatives moving — think billing or ERP system integrations, HRIS rollouts, or firm-wide changes to how we store and manage documents. You get the right people in the room, turn ambiguity into clear tasks and owners, track what's due, and hold internal teams and vendors to their commitments. You're a shared delivery resource across the team's largest projects — freeing senior leaders from the day-to-day so they can spend their time on strategic thinking, socializing ideas, and the deep thought that connects a project back to firm strategy. You'll also be part of the team building out the AI-enabled tools — trackers, status reporting, meeting summaries — that keep our projects visible and moving fast.
