In this role, you won't be waiting for leads to come to you—you will be the engine driving our front-line growth. As an Outbound BDR, you will focus strictly on net-new business acquisition, identifying high-value targets, mapping out key decision-makers, and executing rigorous cold outreach strategies. The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a passion for the thrill of the chase, excellent objection-handling skills, and a strategic mindset for penetrating cold accounts. font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Manage Objections: Confidently navigate gatekeepers and handle complex objections regarding global payroll, compliance, and competing solutions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
