Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking players via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist players with account access, login issues, in-game enquiries, payment questions, and technical troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Stay up to date with game updates, promotions, and platform policies.
• Deliver an outstanding player experience that reflects the client's commitment to excellence.
Requirements
• Native or fluent Czech language skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for gaming and online entertainment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
