Organisation/Department
Our partner is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join their team within a government-related international trade and investment promotion organization. Operating in the global economic development sector, their Budapest office serves as a regional hub covering Hungary, Serbia, and Kosovo. In this role, you will be part of a core operational team dedicated to executing export promotion initiatives, facilitating market entry projects for products such as food, content, and design, while actively supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the regional office.

Project & Export Promotion: Plan, organize, and execute programs and events designed to expand the market presence of international products in the target region.
•
Stakeholder Management: Communicate actively with local business partners, service providers, corporate entities, and trade stakeholders.
•
Inquiry Management: Address trade consultations and respond to inbound business inquiries efficiently.
•
Office Administration: Support overall day-to-day office operations, including welcoming visitors, procuring supplies, and managing local office needs.
•
Financial & Operational Support: Execute routine administrative and financial procedures, such as processing money transfers, coordinating banking matters, and assisting with salary and social insurance adjustments.
Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English .
•
Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail and reliability.
•
Work Ethic: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn continuously and work independently.
•
Cultural Interest: Familiarity with Japanese culture, food, or media/content is highly desirable.
•
Mobility: Availability for occasional regional travel and on-site event coordination.
Advantages:
