BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (CHINESE SPEAKER)

Role: Business Development Specialist (Chinese Speaker) On behalf of our client, a fast-growing multinational iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate should be a Chinese speaker with experience in the iGaming industry. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing and establishing a large number of high-quality agency/ad partner teams, with priority given to candidates who already have their own agency team resources. The current focus is on expanding the Philippine market. Candidates with 1 year of business development experience and a proven track record of generating over 100,000 USDT in revenue are preferred. Job Responsibilities: • Cost Control: Maintain respect for capital; treat every budget disbursement with seriousness and accountability. • Data Management: Responsible for data organization and reporting; ensure data accuracy. • Risk Control: Do not exceed budget; do not unilaterally change rules; maintain clear boundaries in ad buying. • Business Coordination: Have a solid understanding of core metrics; maintain a client-side perspective; ensure accurate information delivery; maintain professional external communication; follow complete coordination processes. Requirements: • Experience: 2+ years of work experience; candidates with existing high-quality agency team resources are preferred. • Experience in iGaming • Proficient in basic office software and efficient collaboration tools. • Familiar with advertising business across various platforms and business collaboration processes. • Strong abilities in business communication, project coordination, and risk control. • Fluent in Chinese and advanced English. • Sense of Responsibility: Remain reachable during working hours; track data changes, progress, and results of all partners in real time; proactively report any anomalies. • Execution Ability: Strictly adhere to advertising requirements and cooperation rules; let data speak. • Learning Ability: Possess data analysis skills; proactively learn about advertising platforms, industry terminology, and continuously expand your resource network. • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information accurately; team-oriented and capable of working collectively to achieve goals.
