As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.</div>Role Overview Bond is a fast-growing private aviation company built for the demands of ultra-long-range flight. We're scaling our flight operations team to match the caliber of aircraft we fly and the standard our clients expect on every leg. As Pilot In Command of our Global 6500, you'll hold full authority and accountability for the safe, compliant, and professional conduct of every flight — from planning through completion. You'll set the standard for airmanship, command judgment, and safety culture that every crew member looks to. This role is built for a seasoned captain who thrives on ownership, sweats the details on every leg, and delivers a five-star experience to owners and guests without exception. What You'll Do <ul> <li>Own full command authority and accountability for every flight, from preflight planning through postflight documentation. </li> <li>Lead crew resource management, briefing and directing your Second In Command on every leg. </li> <li>Deliver white-glove service to owners, principals, and guests on every flight. </li> <li>Maintain rigorous compliance with Part 135, 91K, and 91 operations and Bond's General Operations Manual. </li> <li>Supervise weight, balance, and passenger operations to ensure a safe, seamless departure every time. </li> <li>Mentor and develop crew members through in-flight coaching and post-flight debriefs. </li> <li>Represent Bond's brand and Operating Principles in the cockpit and on the ground. </li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>ATP Certificate with a type rating in the Bombardier BBD-700. </li> <li>Minimum 4,000 total flight hours; 500 hours in type. </li> <li>Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate. </li> <li>FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit. </li> <li>Unrestricted authorization to operate as PIC in all required areas of operation. </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>PIC experience in the same aircraft type under Part 91, 91K, or 135 operations. </li> <li>5+ years of UHNW crew member experience. </li> <li>2+ years of international operations experience. </li> </ul> <div class="content-conclusion">Why BOND We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen.
