SENIOR AI ENGINEER

<ul><li>Design and implement autonomous AI agents to qualify inbound leads against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.</li><li>Develop AI-powered workflows that leverage external data sources and CRM history for lead enrichment and qualification.</li><li>Build intelligent email agents capable of categorizing customer intent and generating context-aware responses using Large Language Models (LLMs).</li><li>Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to provide AI agents with instant access to sales enablement content, including pricing, case studies, and competitive intelligence.</li><li>Ensure seamless synchronization of AI agent activities with Salesforce and/or HubSpot to maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.</li><li>Optimize AI agent performance through prompt engineering, reasoning loop improvements, and continuous experimentation.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to improve lead qualification accuracy and meeting conversion rates.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and GTM stakeholders to continuously enhance AI-driven sales processes.</li><li>Monitor AI agent performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions.</li></ul> <ul><li>4+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience building AI agents using Agent-as-a-Service platforms (such as 11x, Regie.ai, or Lyzr) or frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.</li><li>Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT-4o, Claude, or similar technologies.</li><li>Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.</li><li>Deep expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot.</li><li>Experience working with Sales Engagement platforms including Salesloft or Outreach.</li><li>Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and 6sense.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience designing experiments and optimizing AI systems through prompt engineering and A/B testing.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.</li><li>Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.</li></ul><p><strong>What about languages?</strong></p><p>Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication.</p><p><strong>How much experience must I have?</strong></p><p>At least 4 years of professional experience building and deploying AI, ML, or software solutions in production environments.</p> <p>Our perks and benefits:</p><p><strong>🍔 Every day lunches!
