Job description

<p>BryceTech is seeking a Program Support Specialist with in-depth knowledge of federal human capital programs, particularly in the areas of learning and talent development.</p><p>The candidate will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Provide&#xa0;program support for multiple learning &amp; development programs.</li><li>Perform day-to-day operations of the program and related activities.</li><li>Offer assistance, technical guidance, consultation and support to customers advising to the latest regulatory and instructional materials related to the program and activities.</li><li>Partner with vendors to schedule offsite trainings.</li><li>Enter all scheduled classes into the Learning Management System (LMS).</li><li>Manage enrollments and cancellations in the LMS.</li><li>Ensure the delivery and quality of all administrative processes, including calls for nomination, acceptance/regret letters, and submission packages.</li><li>Market training offerings through appropriate communication channels and ensure relevant SharePoint pages are up to date and accurate.</li><li>Organize records and files from numerous data calls and maintain a tracking system for incoming requests, data calls, and outgoing correspondence.</li><li>Create and maintain a tracking system for tasks, requests, and actions.</li><li>Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.</li><li>Support the selection process and data management for all assigned L&amp;D programs.</li><li>Work with the budget analyst to track budgets for offsite trainings.</li><li>Support the program leads in developing recommendations for program and process enhancements.</li><li>Coordinate project assessment activities, monthly reviews, and other activities as directed. · Schedule meetings with various stakeholders.</li><li>Create and distribute communications to a variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Traveling to NASA centers for training opportunities once per quarter.</li></ul> <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li><li>2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency using MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Familiarity with&#xa0;Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy and Adoption</li></ul> <p>BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life &amp; disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.</p>
