SENIOR FRONTEND DEVELOPER

Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks. • Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless, user-focused digital solutions. • Lead frontend implementation efforts by promoting coding standards, best practices, and scalable development approaches. • Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code reviews to support team growth. • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability across multiple projects. • Contribute to improving development workflows, engineering processes, and overall product quality. • Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and recommend innovative solutions where appropriate. Requirements • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience. • Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Proven experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, web performance optimization, and frontend security best practices. • Experience collaborating within cross-functional Agile development teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience with Zoho Creator or Laravel is considered an advantage but is not required.
